Turkey's oyak acquires PVC additive business
according to recent news from American plastics, Turkish industrial giant oyak group has acquired chemson, a manufacturer of PVC additives that makes the overall equipment more beautiful. The two sides issued a statement saying that oyak group bought the shares of chemson from the Austrian private equity fund buy out central EU hope pre meeting academicians and experts, rope iibeteiligungs invest, which took effect on November 8. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The statement said that this transaction has brought a new backward integrated enterprise, which will occupy a leading position in the global PVC stabilizer Market. It is reported that chemson company is a large manufacturer of PVC stabilizer processing aids with the concept of taking the market as an opportunity. Its products are used in windows, profiles, pipes, injection molding and soft PVC applications. The annual additive production capacity of the company is about 100000 tons. Akdeniz Kimya, owned by oyak group, produces PVC stabilizers and other polymer additives at its plant in Izmir, Turkey
